Welcome to the Third episode of Daily Sober, a Podcast for addicts, by addicts where we discuss physical wellness, spiritual fitness, and mental health to encourage addicts to achieve a daily balance while recovering from addiction to drugs and/or alcohol.
Michelle, Chris and Jason discuss personal triggers they each recognize within their own individual addictions. Sharing what helps them get past these triggers and what they learn from each time they experience a trigger. The conversation then turns to Music where they share songs that relate to and representate their active addiction thought process. Finally, the group discusses the pro’s and con’s of isolation and how it can be an effective use of time, while staying on guard for sacrificing serenity for solitude.
